Makita Jigsaw Blade Wood Basic
The Makita Jigsaw Blade Wood Basic is a pack of five High Carbon Steel jigsaw blades designed for general purpose woodworking and light cutting tasks.
Constructed from High Carbon Steel (HCS), these blades offer a combination of flexibility and strength that helps reduce the risk of breakage during use. With a working length of 74mm and an 8 TPI tooth configuration, they are well suited to medium-depth cuts through timber and softwood materials, with a cutting capacity of 4–50mm in wood.
The precision-ground, milled and side set teeth are engineered to produce clean, consistent cuts with minimal splintering and tear-out — helping to reduce the time spent on finishing work after cutting. The blade shank is shaped to provide a secure, stable fit in compatible jigsaws, keeping the blade firmly seated throughout the cut.
