This specialist material, comprising two thin metal skins bonded to an insulated core, presents unique cutting challenges that standard blades simply aren't equipped to handle.
These blades are purpose-built to cut cleanly through the metal skins whilst generating minimal heat, helping to preserve the critical bond between the metal skins and the insulated core. The result is a clean, non-burr finish that meets the exacting standards demanded on commercial and construction sites. Available in sizes from 235mm to 355mm, there is a variant to suit your mitre saw setup.
