The Makita TW009G is a heavy-duty cordless impact wrench delivering exceptional power for demanding industrial applications. Featuring a 1-inch short anvil with 25.4mm C-ring, this professional-grade tool is engineered for steel frame construction, structural assemblies, and high-torque fastening tasks where reliability is critical.
Powered by Makita's advanced 40V Max XGT battery platform, the TW009G combines a brushless motor with electronic impact control for precise torque management. With a maximum fastening torque of 3150 Nm and an impressive 4000 Nm nut-busting torque, this impact wrench handles standard bolts from M27 to M45, and high-tensile bolts from M20 to M33.
The four-stage electronic power selection allows operators to match torque output to specific applications, whilst the auto-stop system in both forward and reverse modes prevents over-tightening. A full-speed mode button provides maximum performance when required, and the ring illumination LED ensures visibility in low-light working conditions. The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.

A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance.
