The Makita UH005GZ is the bare tool version of this professional 40v Max XGT cordless hedge trimmer, ideal for tradespeople who already own Makita XGT batteries and chargers. This configuration offers excellent value whilst maintaining all the performance features of the complete kit. The 750mm double-sided blade with 23.5mm cutting capacity makes it perfect for fine trimming and shaping tasks across residential and commercial applications.
The brushless motor delivers efficient, reliable power through three selectable speeds, whilst the sharp-edged curved blade with inclined tooth design ensures twigs and branches are caught, held firmly, and cut cleanly. The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
