Q : Hello I am sorry to trouble you The hard plastic end caps have deteriorated, over time and gone brittle, may I purchase two new ones or may I have the diameter, so I can purchase rubber ones that may last longer. Kind regards Craig
A : Hi Craig, no trouble at all! Unfortunately we can't supply Masterlock spares and this is not a product we keep in stock at our shop so I'm unable to check the size of the end caps. However, I've just had a look on their website to see if they had any info and it looks like they supply it with a limited lifetime warranty - in fact it says "If this product or any part of the product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship at any time during the life of the product, Master Lock will, at its own discretion, repair or replace the product or part free of charge" so it may be worth contacting them to see if they will replace them? Simply contact Master Lock at www.masterlock.eu or 00 33 1 41 43 72 00 for instructions on obtaining repair or replacement (is what it says)

This product carries a full 1 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
