The Milwaukee M12 HPT is a 12V cordless hydraulic press tool designed for plumbers, heating engineers and mechanical contractors working with copper, carbon steel, stainless steel, plastic and multilayer composite pipe systems.

Weighing just 1.8kg, it is the industry's smallest and lightest press tool in its class, making it particularly well suited to confined installations such as under sinks, in service cupboards and overhead pipework runs. Patented one-handed operation allows the user to position and press fittings without assistance, improving efficiency on tighter jobs.

The FORCE LOGIC hydraulic system delivers 19kN of pressing force, supporting pipe sizes up to 35mm in metal and 40mm in plastic and MLCP. A built-in press indicator provides visual confirmation of each completed connection, while Milwaukee's intelligent battery-to-tool communication prevents the tool from initiating a press cycle when charge is insufficient — eliminating the risk of an incomplete press.

REDLINK™ electronics and REDLITHIUM™ battery technology work together to protect the tool and battery from overload, with individual cell monitoring to maximise runtime. The M12 HPT is rated for up to 40,000 press cycles with no cycle limitation within the recommended three-year maintenance interval, making it a reliable long-term investment for professional pipe installation work.

Compatible with Viega, Comap, IBP and Sanha Nirosan press fittings, this kit is supplied complete with three V-profile press jaws, two batteries, a charger and a case — ready to use straight from the box.
