Really happy with this mower. It cuts fantastically well, is easy to use, folds down for storage and has no cable to get in the way/cut through/fall over. Having two 18v batteries gives it a bit more grunt to deal with thicker lawns, which it does with ease. For the price I paid (£80 plus delivery), there's nothing to grumble about. However this assumes you already have a couple of 3Ah or larger batteries and a charger. It can work out a little expensive if you don't

This is my second review as I hadn’t assembled the handles correctly after my first review but now that it’s set up correctly I am very happy with the lawn mower.

The lawn mower is light and easy to move around It cuts well and stores the grass in the collection box in a way you don’t have to keep emptying it We bought the more powerful batteries and I cut quite a large lawn which it does easily and still has power I think for another cut

This is a very good lawn mover and great value for the money. Mowing the lawn now takes less than half an hour and is a very pleasant job. End-product also looks fabulous. So far I am pleased with this lawn mower and highly recommend it.

The first one of these delivered seemed fine, assembled ok, batteries charged then after cutting half a meter of grass a front wheel fell off. Just nothing to hold it on. Anyway Tooled-Up arranged to take it away with no problem except it's all delay and I ordered another one. From Tooled-Up again as they had the best deal. The new one arrived quickly and worked well on long, lush grass. The grassbox is a bit small, I had to keep emptying it but the 2 4Ahour batteries coped fine on my modest garden. Still had a bit of charge left.

Brilliant product. Exactly what my 86 year old mother wanted. Easy to use, and with the 4ah batteries it goes for ages between charges. As well made as any other likewise cordless mower, that I've seen. Bought it with the 4 X 4ah batteries, as I wanted some spare batteries for my einhell rotavator. Worked out alot cheaper than buying them separately. Excellent service from Tooled up. Fast delivery also.

Only used today for first time felt a bit strange after using a petrol mower it's very light and a lot smaller had on lowest setting wasn't to sure at first but when finished lawn looks good so pleased so far

Moving from a mains electric to battery is almost a question of faith. Small garden, constantly tripping over leads is not good. I watched a neighbour with the Ozito machine, and he gave it a high rating. It was easy to set up, twin battery system gives it enough poke to do a better job than the old mains machine. Bag fine, setting fine - good machine and well made so far onus of utilising the batteries for other equipment, and no bl***y cables!

Purchased along with the upgraded x4 - 4.0 amp batteries (uses 2 at a time), cuts pretty big back garden and small front garden with ease from one charge, would easily be able to do twice over, the upgraded batteries make this possible. Good cut, nice lightweight mower so doesn't sit heavy on the grass etc, collects grass really well. Battery door a little flimsy but nothing major, rest of mower is pretty sturdy. Would definitely recommend this product

I love this mower, so easy to use. Would highly recommend it to all my friends and family. I’ve never used a petrol mower, but this mower is great, love the freedom of no wires, can’t wait to use it again. Looking forward to mowing, I normally dread it

Q : My mower has suddenly stopped working the batterys are fully charged and it was working fine the last time i used it.
A : Hi Sylvia, I suppose it could be a number of things that have caused this issue so the best thing to do will be to troubleshoot it with someone to try and identify the problem. You will have hopefully got some warranty and service paperwork included with the mower with contact details for if anything goes wrong but alternatively you can phone our sales team who will be able to go through the options with you over the phone.
Q : I’ve have a problem mower won’t start the one battery fully changed only 2 lights on I sent a email yesterday still waiting for answers
A : Hi Madeline, I've spoken to the customer services team and they said they are awaiting further information to try and establish what the issue is. Apparently they spoke to your husband and he said you'd be sending some more details in an email? I'm afraid I don't entirely understand from your message what the exact issue is you're having. Are both batteries in the mower? (they need to both be installed before it will start up) Is it that one of them appears to be dead and won't charge? Or does one of them only charge partially? If you're able to confirm exactly what the situation is they will be able to take the appropriate action.
Q : Hi, can you tell me how high the lawnmower is when the handles are folded down please?
A : Hi Mark, the height is about 800mm with the handles folded down - however it's a pretty quick and easy procedure to remove them completely if you don't have the space, and then it only takes up around 300mm.
Q : Hi, ummm I lost my key for this mower. Where can I get a replacement?
A : Hi Amanda, unfortunately we can't supply them directly but if you search for the website of ISC GMBH, they are a spare parts dealer who supply spare and replacement parts for Ozito and Einhell tools and you'll be able to order a replacement safety key if you type the product number into their search engine and bring up the list of all the available parts.
Q : What run time can I expect using the 2ah batteries.
A : Unfortunately it's hard to give an answer to this as there are a number of operating conditions which all affect how quickly the battery is drained (length of grass, height of cut etc) but as a general guideline Ozito recommend the 2ah batteries for lawns of up to 200 square metres
Q : Hi, does this mower have a rear roller to obtain stripes on the lawn, thank you.
A : Hi Clive, the Ozito PXCLMK doesn't have a rear roller but if you go into the main lawnmowers category you can select this as a filter to see all the options that do

Q : where can I buy a 360 cutter blade from please
A : I'm afraid we're only able to supply the Ozito products listed on our website but if you try contacting Ozito directly they should be able to assist
Q : Is this mower very noisy?
A : Unfortunately Ozito haven't provided any noise figures for this machine so it's a bit hard to say, but in general electric mowers tend to be quieter than those with petrol engines and I wouldn't expect it to be particularly loud.
Q : I already have an Ozito battery charger and 1 X 2 amp and 1 x4 amp batteries , will it work with these batteries ?
A : Hi John, it advises in the description to always use two batteries of the same capacity, so two 2ah batteries or two 4ah batteries. We do sell these batteries separately - for example the 4ah model is available on product ID 21031046.
