I purchased the mower and used it 2 times, and now it's broken. It will not turn on, even putting the batteries to re-charge for 24hrs. I was impressed first with the quality and functionalities of the mower, but so far, it's proving to be quite "cheap".

Overall it does what it is intended to do but disappointed with charging and how long it lasts. 2 hours to charge batteries and charge lasts for approx. 30 minutes

Q : My mower has suddenly stopped working the batterys are fully charged and it was working fine the last time i used it.
A : Hi Sylvia, I suppose it could be a number of things that have caused this issue so the best thing to do will be to troubleshoot it with someone to try and identify the problem. You will have hopefully got some warranty and service paperwork included with the mower with contact details for if anything goes wrong but alternatively you can phone our sales team who will be able to go through the options with you over the phone.
Q : I’ve have a problem mower won’t start the one battery fully changed only 2 lights on I sent a email yesterday still waiting for answers
A : Hi Madeline, I've spoken to the customer services team and they said they are awaiting further information to try and establish what the issue is. Apparently they spoke to your husband and he said you'd be sending some more details in an email? I'm afraid I don't entirely understand from your message what the exact issue is you're having. Are both batteries in the mower? (they need to both be installed before it will start up) Is it that one of them appears to be dead and won't charge? Or does one of them only charge partially? If you're able to confirm exactly what the situation is they will be able to take the appropriate action.
Q : Hi, can you tell me how high the lawnmower is when the handles are folded down please?
A : Hi Mark, the height is about 800mm with the handles folded down - however it's a pretty quick and easy procedure to remove them completely if you don't have the space, and then it only takes up around 300mm.
Q : Hi, ummm I lost my key for this mower. Where can I get a replacement?
A : Hi Amanda, unfortunately we can't supply them directly but if you search for the website of ISC GMBH, they are a spare parts dealer who supply spare and replacement parts for Ozito and Einhell tools and you'll be able to order a replacement safety key if you type the product number into their search engine and bring up the list of all the available parts.
Q : What run time can I expect using the 2ah batteries.
A : Unfortunately it's hard to give an answer to this as there are a number of operating conditions which all affect how quickly the battery is drained (length of grass, height of cut etc) but as a general guideline Ozito recommend the 2ah batteries for lawns of up to 200 square metres
Q : Hi, does this mower have a rear roller to obtain stripes on the lawn, thank you.
A : Hi Clive, the Ozito PXCLMK doesn't have a rear roller but if you go into the main lawnmowers category you can select this as a filter to see all the options that do

A : Hi Tasadiq, this mower has a brushed motor
Q : where can I buy a 360 cutter blade from please
A : I'm afraid we're only able to supply the Ozito products listed on our website but if you try contacting Ozito directly they should be able to assist
Q : Is this mower very noisy?
A : Unfortunately Ozito haven't provided any noise figures for this machine so it's a bit hard to say, but in general electric mowers tend to be quieter than those with petrol engines and I wouldn't expect it to be particularly loud.
Q : I already have an Ozito battery charger and 1 X 2 amp and 1 x4 amp batteries , will it work with these batteries ?
A : Hi John, it advises in the description to always use two batteries of the same capacity, so two 2ah batteries or two 4ah batteries. We do sell these batteries separately - for example the 4ah model is available on product ID 21031046.
