Portwest Aluminium Thermal Insulation Insoles

The Portwest Aluminium Thermal Insulation Insoles are specialist insoles designed to keep feet warm in cold working environments, combining an aluminium heat-retention layer with a soft wool/polyester lining.

The aluminium layer works by reflecting the foot's natural body heat back inward while simultaneously repelling cold from below — making these insoles well suited to tradespeople working outdoors, on concrete floors, or in unheated buildings during colder months. The wool/polyester layer sits against the foot to provide additional warmth and cushioned comfort throughout the working day.

At 5mm thick, these insoles offer thermal performance without significantly affecting boot fit. They can be trimmed to size at home, allowing a neat, secure fit across a range of footwear without the need to purchase size-specific pairs.
