Portwest Ergonet FFP3 Valved Dolomite Dust Mask

The Portwest Ergonet FFP3 Valved Dolomite Dust Mask is a high-specification disposable respirator designed to provide reliable protection in dusty and hazardous environments whilst maintaining wearer comfort throughout extended use.

The mask features an ergonomic design that fits most face shapes, supported by an external Ergonet cover that maintains the mask's structure and helps keep the filter media clean. An all-round internal foam gasket works alongside the moulded soft nose bridge to create a consistent, secure face seal — reducing the risk of unfiltered air entering around the edges.

A high-performance exhalation valve efficiently reduces heat and moisture build-up inside the mask, making it particularly well-suited to hot and humid working conditions. Wide adjustable elastic head straps ensure the mask stays firmly in place without causing discomfort. Notably, the mask passes the dolomite optional clogging test (D), which supports more comfortable breathing and longer-lasting filtration performance compared to non-D rated FFP3 respirators.

Rated FFP3 with a reusable (R) fit designation, this mask is UKCA marked and CE certified to CAT III — the highest risk category under European PPE regulations — making it suitable for use wherever COSHH requirements demand the highest level of respiratory protection.
