Portwest Full Brim Hard Hat Helmet

The Portwest Full Brim Hard Hat Helmet is a lightweight head protection solution designed for outdoor and site-based trades where extended sun, rain, and debris exposure is a concern.

Unlike standard peak helmets, the full brim profile provides 360-degree overhead coverage, helping to shield the face, neck, and ears from glare, rain, and non-toxic splashes. The polypropylene shell keeps weight down without compromising structural integrity.

Fit and comfort are addressed through a 4-point nylon suspension harness with a ratchet wheel adjustment system, accommodating head sizes from 52 to 63cm. A soft foam sweatband is included to improve all-day wearability on longer shifts.

Carrying both CE certification and UKCA marking, this helmet meets the compliance requirements expected on UK construction sites and managed worksites. With a service life of up to 7 years from the manufacturing date (subject to the helmet remaining undamaged), it offers long-term value for contractors, groundworkers, and site managers working in exposed environments.
