Rawl Resin Mixing Nozzle Extension
The Rawl Resin Mixing Nozzle Extension is a 1-metre static mixer extension designed to extend the reach of mixing nozzles used with Rawl bonded anchor systems in cartridge delivery applications.
Engineered for use with the R-KER-II, R-KEM II, R-CFS+, and R-KEX-II anchoring systems, this extension nozzle attaches directly to the SP-CE-ED-1m system, allowing accurate resin delivery in deep or restricted anchor points. It is particularly suited to serial applications such as rebar installation and structural anchoring, where consistent reach and precision are essential.
The 14-element static mixing design ensures thorough blending of resin and hardener prior to injection, supporting reliable curing and a consistent bond in concrete and masonry substrates. This helps reduce material waste and minimises the risk of poor adhesion caused by inadequate mixing.
