The Rotabroach Element 100 is a heavy-duty magnetic drilling machine designed for large-diameter hole cutting in structural steel and metalwork applications. As Rotabroach's most capable magnetic drill, it delivers exceptional performance for demanding fabrication and construction projects where deep, precise holes are essential.

This professional-grade machine handles cutters up to 100mm diameter and drills to 100mm depth, making it ideal for structural steel fabrication, bridge construction, and heavy engineering work where large mounting holes and fixing points are required. The forward and reverse functionality extends versatility to include tapping operations, whilst the 3 morse taper arbor accommodates conventional twist drills up to 31.75mm diameter for smaller hole requirements.

The 2000W motor drives a four-speed gearbox offering variable speeds from 45 to 700 RPM, allowing operators to optimise cutting parameters for different materials and cutter sizes. Dual motor protection through Cutsmart technology and variable speed control safeguards against overload and excessive wear, extending operational life. The 20,000N magnetic adhesion ensures secure mounting on steel surfaces, whilst the internal coolant system maintains cutting temperatures for cleaner holes and prolonged cutter life.
