I bought this router to assist making some toys for the grandkid’s Christmas presents. It is easy to set up and use, I don’t know why I didn’t buy one years ago. I now have several Ryobi One+ products, and am very pleased with all of them. The only comment I would make is that the router drains the smaller batteries quite quickly, I found using a 4.0 Ah battery gave a reasonable run time.

I already own a selection of ryobi tools which I use regularly. This trim router appears to be as well made as the rest and so far fel good to use.

It seems a bit pricey against a router with a cable, but with no cable to worry about it makes handling easier. I would go for the 4 or 5 amp battery, as it will go through the 1 amp very quickly. That said it, is a great little router and I am building a collection of the Ryobi one+ tools, got 5 now. I would recommend them all, drill, hammer drill, circular saw, jig saw and now router.

A : I have looked into your enquiry and it appears that this kit contains 6mm collet, 6.35mm collet, 6.35mm straight cutter, parallel guide
Q : Is there a side guide that comes with this router?
A : I can confirm that this router comes with guide bars and edge guide.

This product carries a full 3 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables.
