The Sealey 18 Tonne Hydraulic Bush and Bearing Removal and Installation Kit is a professional-grade tool designed for installing and removing suspension bushes and bearings on both passenger and commercial vehicles. This comprehensive kit delivers up to 18 tonnes of working capacity through its powerful hydraulic cylinder, making it suitable for demanding workshop tasks.

The kit features parallel working tension elements that protect bushes during installation and removal, whilst a sleeve viewing window enables precise positioning for correct fitment. It includes press sleeves covering sizes from 26mm to 82mm in 2mm increments, plus an 85/87mm press sleeve, providing extensive coverage for common suspension applications. Four force screws and three press sleeve adaptors are supplied to accommodate different working requirements.

This system is compatible with Sealey's RE109 air hydraulic pump, RE110 hydraulic pump, and RE111 hydraulic hose (sold separately - hydraulic pump and hose not included with kit). The comprehensive tooling is supplied in two robust storage cases for organised workshop storage, making it ideal for professional garages and mobile mechanics handling regular suspension work.
