Sealey AK4560D Air Operated Oil Dispensing Pump Station

The Sealey AK4560D is an air operated oil dispensing pump station designed for professional workshop use with bulk oil storage barrels and tanks. This double acting 3:1 ratio pump delivers efficient fluid transfer for engine, hydraulic, synthetic, gear and transmission oils up to SAE150 viscosity.

The pump station features a robust air management system connected to a 940mm rigid suction probe with integrated non-return valve, ensuring reliable operation when dispensing from 2"BSP fitted containers. With a maximum flow rate of 12 litres per minute and output pressure of 350psi, this air fluid pump provides rapid oil dispensing whilst operating at a recommended air pressure of just 70psi.

The unit includes a hose designed for attachment to the AK4565D digital oil meter for precise volume control, or can be connected to the optional AK4567D retractable hose reel for enhanced workshop organisation.
