When assembled it is very sturdy and does the job just great. Had a few issues when unpacking and assembling it however: when it says 'do not over tighten' - they mean it - the studs that hold the panels together are easy to tear out of the sheet metal if you get over enthusiastic, not generally an issue if you are careful but did have a problem as... (see next point) the nylock nuts provided were of poor quality and a few did not thread onto the studs at all well. Even thought they felt on the thread, a couple locked on the threads after a couple of turns and tore the studs out of the sheet metal even though we were being careful. a couple of corners, particularly on the bottom floor panel, were bent at the corners. No big deal we couldn't solve with a pair of pliers but inevitably he rust proof paint will have been compromised. also we have to slap some hammerite on the outside of the hinge as the painting process had clearly missed one part of it completely and it was bare steel, which left as it was would have rusted very quickly. as i said though, it's very sturdy wehn assembled and the lid locks down securely. If you plan to leave it outside in an exposed area i recommend you drill a couple of drain holes in it and run sealant up the panel gaps as, although most of the joins overlap, they are not at all tight.
