Sealey Fuel Injector Seal Installer for Ford EcoBoost and Duratec Engines
The Sealey Fuel Injector Seal Installer (VS2085) is a specialist automotive tool designed to fit and resize new Teflon™ seals onto the injector pintle shaft of Ford EcoBoost and Duratec engines without risk of damage.
Working with Teflon™ seals requires precision — these seals are easily distorted or nicked during installation if the wrong method is used. This tool guides the seal smoothly over the injector nozzle, making the process straightforward and reducing the risk of costly damage to both the seal and the injector itself.
Compatible with a wide range of Ford petrol engines, including the popular 1.0, 1.5, 1.6, 2.0, and 2.3 EcoBoost units, as well as the 1.0 Duratec-GDi, 1.8 Duratec-SCi, and 2.0 Duratec-HE. The tool also covers the Volvo 1.6 GTDi, making it a practical addition to any workshop carrying out fuel injector servicing on these common platforms.
