The Sealey GSA70 is a compact mini orbital air disc sander designed for precision finishing work in confined spaces and on smaller components. With its 50mm pad size and lightweight 0.7kg construction, this air-powered sander delivers 15,000rpm free speed at 90psi operating pressure, making it ideal for body shop repairs, detail sanding, and intricate metalwork applications.

The composite cover is moulded around a lightweight aluminium alloy housing, reducing the effects of chill on the operator's hands whilst providing enhanced control during extended use. The air motor features quality bearings for smooth, powerful operation with minimal vibration at 4.5m/s². An adjustable 360° exhaust outlet keeps airflow directed away from the work area and operator, improving comfort and visibility.

Safety and control are enhanced through the safety release trigger, which prevents accidental operation during tool changes or when setting down the unit. The 3mm orbit size provides a fine finishing action suitable for detailed sanding tasks where surface quality is critical.
