The Sealey HSS Cobalt Drill Bit range delivers professional-grade performance for demanding drilling applications in high carbon steel and stainless steel. Manufactured to DIN 338 standards, these fully ground drill bits incorporate 5% cobalt content, significantly increasing heat hardness and extending operational life beyond standard HSS bits.

The precision-engineered 135° split point design is self-centring, reducing thrust requirements and enabling easier material penetration with greater accuracy. Each drill bit features optimised flute geometry for efficient, clog-free swarf clearance, maintaining cutting performance throughout extended use. When worn, these bits can be resharpened without compromising their drilling characteristics, providing excellent long-term value. Available in sizes from 1/8" to 7/32", supplied in packs of 10 with high-density storage cases.
