Sealey IMIG200P Multi Process Inverter Welder and Plasma Cutter

The Sealey IMIG200P is a multi-process inverter welder and plasma cutter capable of MIG, TIG, MMA/ARC welding up to 200A and plasma cutting at up to 40A from a standard 230V supply.

Built around IGBT inverter technology, this versatile machine handles both gas and gasless MIG welding using solid wire (Ø0.6–1mm) and flux-cored wire (Ø0.8–1mm) with a 5kg wire capacity. Electrode capacity ranges from 1.6–5mm, making it suitable for a broad range of MMA/ARC applications.

The integrated plasma cutter delivers clean cuts up to 8mm and a maximum cutting capacity of 12mm at 87psi, making it well suited to fabrication, bodywork, and general metalwork tasks where both welding and cutting are required on the same job.

Precision during longer welds is supported by a 2T/4T torch trigger function, and an easy-to-read digital amp and voltmeter display allows quick, accurate parameter monitoring. Protective features include hot start, anti-stick, forced air cooling, and thermal cut-out protection to help maintain reliable performance during extended use.

The unit ships with a comprehensive accessory set including a 1.5m earth clamp, 2m electrode holder, 3m MIG torch, and 4m cutting torch — providing everything needed to get started across all four processes.
