Sealey MC4500 Hydraulic Motorcycle and Quad Scissor Lift

The Sealey MC4500 is a hydraulic motorcycle and quad scissor lift designed for professional motorcycle maintenance and repair work. Built with robust steel construction and featuring a bottle jack style hydraulic unit, this versatile lift provides a stable working platform for motorcycles with cradle frames, quads, ATVs, trikes and vehicle transmissions.

The scissor lift is equipped with two mechanical safety locks, offering four locking positions to support vehicles securely over extended periods. Mounted on two fixed wheels and two double castors, the unit provides excellent manoeuvrability around the workshop whilst maintaining stability during operation.

With a low minimum height of 110mm (200mm with frame supports), the lift raises vehicles to a maximum height of 400mm (508mm with frame supports). The space-saving design maximises garage working area whilst providing sufficient access for comprehensive maintenance tasks.

Unlike many motorcycle lifts, the MC4500 allows removal of both wheels, front forks, steering assembly, rear swing arm and suspension units, as well as the engine. This makes it suitable for extensive service and repair work. The lift can be used with or without the supplied frame supports, offering flexibility for different vehicle types and maintenance requirements.

The portable design allows use anywhere with a hard level floor, making this lift particularly suitable for mobile motorcycle mechanics. The maximum frame dimensions of 680 x 360mm accommodate a wide range of motorcycles and quad bikes. For enhanced stability during setup, the lift works ideally with Sealey wheel chocks to assist in supporting the motorcycle whilst adjusting the frame supports.
