The Sealey POWERMIG500i is a professional-grade 500Amp multi-process inverter welder designed for demanding fabrication workshops, industrial applications and heavy-duty welding tasks. This versatile IGBT inverter technology unit handles Gas/Gasless MIG, MMA and TIG welding processes, making it ideal for professional fabricators, mechanics and technicians who require flexibility across different welding methods.

With a maximum output of 500A, this powerful welder tackles a wide variety of metals including steel and stainless steel up to 20mm thickness. The portable wire feeder is a particularly useful feature for accessing high or confined spaces that would otherwise be difficult to reach with conventional equipment. A 60% duty cycle at maximum 500A output across all three welding processes ensures consistent performance during extended fabrication work.

The unit features 2T/4T torch trigger functionality for enhanced precision control during longer welds, whilst integrated safety features including short circuit, over-heating and over-current protection provide reliable operation. The welder accepts wire spools from 5-15kg with wire diameters from 0.6mm to 1.6mm, and electrodes from 1.6mm to 5mm diameter.
