The Sealey SSG501 is a gravity feed air spray gun designed for applying undercoats, primers and adhesives in automotive, workshop and general refinishing applications. This versatile spray gun features adjustable paint flow and fan width controls, allowing operators to fine-tune the spray pattern and material delivery for optimal coverage and finish quality across different coating types.

Supplied with a 600ml composite gravity feed pot, this spray gun is particularly suitable for use with water-based paints, making it ideal for modern eco-friendly finishing applications. The gravity feed design ensures consistent material flow and reduces wastage, whilst the lightweight construction at just 0.44kg minimises operator fatigue during extended use.

Operating at a recommended 50psi air pressure with consumption between 4.5-8cfm, the SSG501 comes with a standard 2.2mm nozzle set-up. For greater application flexibility, alternative nozzle configurations are available separately: 1.5mm (Model No. SSG502V2-S1.5), 1.8mm (Model No. SSG502V2-S1.8), or 2.2mm (Model No. SSG502V2-S2.2), allowing you to adapt the spray gun for different material viscosities and coating requirements.
