The product was exactly what I was looking for, features and performance are excellent and indeed value for money and safe to use. Quality is good.

An excellent set of steps with a good build quality. Nice rubber treads on the footplates and a soft-feel support bar nicely curved to give confidence when on the top tread. These a quite heavy but this also adds to the feel of a quality product.

These step ladders are of a very high quality with wide treads for added safety and a robust handle to grip on to. They are excellent value for money thanks to Tooled-Up having them at such a good price. The ladders also fold up nicely and take up little room when folded down and stored. Would highly recommend these to anybody as ladders of this superior quality are hard to find.

Excellent value for money, strong, sturdy and just the size I was looking for. This item is better than the picture. I have looked at other steps, but they seem inferior to these.

It maybe value for money for similar step on the market but felt that it wobled a lot and was not sturdy.

The stool is finished in a grey colour and the high hand rail makes it safe to use. I find the stool is heavier than I would have expected it to be. The stool had its rubber feet missing when delivered. The replacements were sent quickly but what it means is that the feet can come off easily. This could be a problem if you are using the stool on carpets as the edges of the steel feet could damage the carpet.
