Smart Holder Log Saw Horse

Great bit of kit, holds the material firm just like a second pair of hands without the moaning lol....Expensive but how much would it cost to have someone to hold the logs for you? Also keeps the log at a nice height, away from your feet/legs whilst cutting with the chainsaw. Folds away after use for storage and fairly light too. I also purchased the log splitter too. by tudor

Surprisingly stable. Works well on long logs, irregularly shaped trunks can roll so you need to be sure that they are well wedged. Along with other products that i have tried the final cuts are not possible because the holding bar gets in the way. (only applicable if you need 9 to 10 inch logs)

Have had one of these for some years - bought this as a present for my son-in-law. Mine has been a brilliant piece of kit. Holds large logs/branches easily ready for cutting with a chain saw. Have not given the highest possible rating for features because it can't have many because of what it is. Also it's not cheap for a collection of welded bits of steel, but it does the job designed for brilliantly.

An excellent bit of kit, easy to assemble and very steady when in use. it makes chainsawing much easier and certainly safer. It folds away neatly for storage and is not too heavy to carry around.

Made short work of a pile of logs with varying lengths and thickness.Like an extra pair of hands,holds steady for cutting.Very pleased best bit of kit i've bought in a while.

A clever, easy to use, compact piece of kit by makita, which i hadn't realised when i bought it, but it is a plus factor. Easy to use, easy to store and does the job for most logs you are likely to encounter. In use, the log is in exactly the right place, minimising back problems
