Spear and Jackson Predator First Fix Wood Hand Saw

The Spear and Jackson Predator First Fix Hand Saw is a robust, fast-cutting wood saw designed for rough carpentry and first fix timber work.

Featuring a 22" hardened and tempered carbon steel blade with 7 PPI hardpoint teeth, the Predator delivers an aggressive, coarse cutting action suited to working both along and across the grain. The rigid blade construction minimises whip and vibration during use, helping to maintain control and accuracy even through dense or unseasoned timber.

The integrated 45° and 90° angle guides built into the handle make it a practical choice for marking and checking common cut angles on site, while the soft-feel non-slip grip ensures confident handling throughout extended use. Ideal for carpenters, joiners, and general contractors cutting rough sawn timber during first fix stages.
