Stanley Arbor and Pilot Drill for 32mm - 152mm Bi Metal Hole Saws
The Stanley Arbor and Pilot Drill is a purpose-built holesaw arbor assembly designed for use with Stanley BiM hole saws ranging from 32mm to 152mm in diameter. It provides a secure, reliable connection between your drill and hole saw, making it an essential accessory for contractors, electricians, plumbers, and carpenters working with bi-metal hole saws on a regular basis.
The hex shank is a key practical feature, preventing the arbor from slipping in the drill chuck during use — a common frustration with round-shank alternatives. It fits standard drill chucks, meaning no specialist equipment is required to get up and running.
The assembly comes fitted with an HSS pilot drill bit, which centres the hole saw accurately for clean, precise cuts in both wood and metal. When the pilot drill eventually wears, it can be replaced individually using the Stanley replacement part STA81102-XJ, avoiding the cost of replacing the full assembly.
