The Stanley Punched 1/4 Sanding Sheets are pre-punched hook and loop sanding sheets designed for use with 1/4 sheet orbital sanders fitted with an 8-hole dust extraction configuration.

Constructed with a high-quality aluminium oxide abrasive, these sheets deliver consistent cutting performance across a range of materials including wood, metal, and paint. The durable paper backing helps resist premature wear, extending the working life of each sheet.

The assorted grit pack covers the full sanding workflow — from aggressive stock removal with the 80-grit sheets through to surface refinement with the 120-grit and fine finishing with the 180-grit. The hook and loop fastening means sheets attach directly and securely to the sanding pad, making changes quick and straightforward on site.
