The Webb X Series WEV20X2BC is a versatile 40V cordless brushless grass trimmer designed to make light work of lawn edges, borders, and overgrown patches around the garden. Combining a powerful brushless motor with a practical dual-mode design, it's an excellent choice for the homeowner who wants reliable, flexible performance without the hassle of a power lead.
The 30cm cutting width covers ground quickly, while the interchangeable aluminium shaft lets you switch effortlessly between the nylon bump-feed spool and the 3-tooth metal blade — tackling everything from neat lawn edging to tougher weeds and brushy vegetation. When you need an extra bit of muscle, Turbo Mode delivers an instant boost of cutting power.
The ergonomic P-shaped handle keeps you in confident, comfortable control throughout, even during longer sessions. Available as a bare tool (no batteries or charger) or as a complete kit with 2 x 4Ah batteries and a USB charger.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.
Webb Eco & X-Series 20v / 40v
Webb 20v and 40v battery ranges use exactly the same 20v Battery. The only difference is that the X-Series 40v range use 2 batteries at a time as they have 40v motors whereas the Eco 20v range uses 1 battery. Therefore the batteries are completely interchangeable for all tools in the range.
Important:
Some newer batteries also have a USB port for charging (Compatible with newer USB chargers and slide on chargers). Older batteries which are compatible with all tools may not have the USB port so therefore cannot be charged by a USB charger.
