Q : Hi there if we can buy the cleaning head with the microfibre on why is it not possible to supply the microfibre as a extra in packs of 5 or so your supplier is supplying you with it on so why can't they supply you with the inquiries i have seen requesting for these you should be able to make a decent profit by doing this.
A : Hi Richard, they're not something we're able to order separately from Wolf Garten so I guess they must not think there's a demand for them. The cover is designed to be removed and washed so I think the idea is that the average domestic user would only need one of them. Obviously if Wolf Garten don't want to sell these to us I can't force them to but I'll make a note of it and see if I can find out whether this is a possibility :)
Q : Can you buy replacement microfibre mopheads for this item?
A : Hi Mike, I'm afraid this is not a part we're able to supply. It may be a fairly standard size that can be replaced with commercially available alternatives?

This product carries a full 35 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables.
