I bought this for my allotment to use with the soil miller attachment (which I already had). I needed a long strong wolf-garten handle and was advised by one of the old guard to buy this model as the aluminium handles are a lot weaker. I've only used it for 2 hours so far, but have no complaints and the others that I have seen have stood up to years of use. The handle does what is expected of it but it still doesn't feel as sturdy as I'd like. I work in engineering. I know what over-engineered looks like. Good price from tooled-up.com

Q : I have a Wolf Multi Garden Dutch Hoe but need a longer stretching handle to reach the back of some of my flower beds when I dont want to walk on the earth if it has been wet. would this handle do the trick
A : Hi Helen, Wolf Garten sometimes call their interconnectable range Multi Star as well as Multi Change (I think sometimes it looks like it's just called the Click! system, or Multi Click as well) - however they all use the same interface which has been the same for decades - so your hoe head will be compatible with any of the handles listed in our Multi Change range page - if you're unsure whether this handle will be suitable, you can also get telescopic versions (e.g product ID 21000529) which will enable you to adjust them to get the perfect length for the job in hand.
Q : Is there a guide as to which length is best for which height? I'm 5'9".
A : Hi Emma, I don't believe Wolf Garten have published a sizing chart, but as there are a multitude of different tool heads the optimum handle size will be different depending on what you intend to use it for - perhaps the best thing to do would be to extend a tape measure to get a feel for how much reach you will get with each handle size and then go for the one which feels most comfortable and practical.

A : Hi Peter, this handle is suitable for that brush head yes - in fact it can be used with any of the Wolf Garten Multi Change handles listed as accessories for the B40M on the product page for that brush (product ID 21023271)
