i bought three items from tooled up, one of which there was a problem with which occured in transit. tooled up replied to my mail by return and resolved the ptoblem immediately. very happy with the products and very impressed with their efficiency

These are excellent loppers with a really good reach for the high branches though at full extension they are more difficult to control when out of the vertical but this is not a problem. The click extention system works well and though others have criticised the loose cord i have not found it difficult to use and store. I fully recommend this product.

Really useful tool for tackling (with a bit of effort) some quite thick high overhanging branches: cut through thinner branches with ease. Fairly top-heavy at full extension, but that's almost inevitable with the length you achieve then.

Great bit of kit, its worked at full extension no issues, the second from last locking hole on the pole has dented a bit with the constant sawing, but with the punishment and use its had for the last few weeks on huge leylande's its been a trusty tool. the saw is amazing and the loppers cut through sizeable branches at ease.

Great bit of kit. Well balanced, although a little heavy at full extension,which would be expected at 4m. Cuts cleanly & efficiently. I haven't tried more than about 40cm diameter, but deals with that easily. Thoughtfully engineered with some nice touches. Way better than previous one i owned
