I waited longer than anticipated for this item - received it three days after my call to check on it's whereabouts. The tool seems very good for the job, I have now trimmed my box hedges neatly and a berberis with no problem. I didn't receive a charger lead, only the charger 'shoe' Not sure why? I'm happy! :-)
Bought for wife to trim and shape shrubs. So far, so good. Charged quickly and is light and easy to use. Great tool for the price.

Excellent service
Lightweight and easy to use though will not cut through thicker stems. Does the job I wanted for trimming smaller shrubs.
Very happy with the price & service from Tooled-up.com. I purchased to replaced a similar 7.2volt trimmer where the battery had failed, this B&D version seem to take ages to fully charge (9hrs)- wasn't to sure if this was correct! The trimmer hasn't been used to cut any shrubs to date, but seems to function okay.
