This is the second of these wonderful little hoovers that I've had. The first one lasted for some 10 years before beginning to run out after ten minutes or so, hence the new replacement. It's so light that I can hold it with my little finger; it is great for a quick clean up of cereal spillages but its regular job is cleaning up after our old labrador who creates HUGE amounts of tumbleweed balls of discarded fur. Although it's not intended to replace the regular vacuum cleaner, it will happily do most of the house and has a run time of 20 minutes plus. It's also very easy to dismantle and it pays to clean the filter on a regular basis - which is actually a very satisfying task!

I bought mine in 2017 and it is used once or twice a week. The door hinge has broken and there is no suction. My Mum bought hers the year before and the battery no longer charges. I am sorry to say that this brilliant little machine doesn't last very long, for different reasons.

I have had one of these since 17th March 2017 Birthday present), it's used specifically for the cars and as such is only used for around 1 hour in two months, since generally its only the drivers side carpet and seat that gets use. The Boot occasionally. So today (3 March 2021) I got 3 minutes use from it, switched it off and got another 2 minutes use, after that nothing. Check prices of replacement batteries and it would cost around £106 to replace, a similar, new Dustbuster is around £85 ish. So after a total of 24 hours use - 26 at the most, this is now useless. It was really good and effective in use, but it hasn't lasted. Bye Bye Black and Decker, you won't see me again !

Had the lower powered version for quite a few years and was very happy with it until it lost its suck (no blockages). Hopefully this will give us the same long service.

Well built and functional design. Perfect for the garage and car. A little smaller than it looked in the brochures but that is a good thing. Easy to use charging dock and attachments. Powerful for it's size and all around good choice for small cordless vacuum cleaner.

We bought the Dustbuster as a replacement for an earlier model. We use it specifically to clean in the bathroom, where it has to cope with fluff, hair and dust / powder. It does this quite well as you can get down and use the flexible nozzle around the various bits of bathroom furniture. It is more powerful than its predecessor, and I think the brush quality has improved. We clean out the dust collection compartment with a normal vacuum cleaner hose attachment, for convenience, using a brush to clean the filter. Another plus is the dust collection compartment can be detached and washed with water. The charging station works well as long as you seat it properly.

Quite powerful for a hand-held hoover - it's not a replacement for general use, but handles specific tasks well. 15 minute run time can be a bit restrictive depending on use but generally acceptable - make a cuppa while it's recharging!

Great for cleaning the car. Flexible hose makes it easy to get into tight spaces. Only concern is that the build quality seems a bit flimsy. Only time will tell, so for now I am very impressed. Tooled Up delivered on time, and in perfect condition. Would recommend them as a supplier, hope the same is true if something goes wrong.

Excellent product, fast delivery. Works well on pet hair, stairs, lamp shades, car. Charges up well and lasts long enough for my needs. Light weight but sturdy and practical. Opens to release the dirt, very easily tips out, easy to clean and compact to charge on the plug in charger pad. No cons ! All good.

An excellent lightweight vacuum cleaner with well designed features & attachments. Great for cobwebs, crumbs, filters and awkward places. Better running time and better ergonomics than my Dyson handheld The little hose is brilliant and mounts/dismounts easily. Only the very lightweight plinth for charging is a slight letdown - I glued mine to a piece of wood to make it more stable/convenient.
