Good piece of kit. Does its job as well as other more expensive items. Only downside - used at full extension it is quite heavy (but then I’m an old geezer and no muscle man). Overall I’m v. happy.

I chose this over a battery powered hedge trimmer as I didn't want the burden of losing the charge and that impacting performance. I soon got the hang of this but it might be a bit heavy for some. I recommend using the shoulder strap provided. Great hedge trimmer and I believe it has a 2 year Guarantee. No need to struggle at the top of a ladder anymore!

Good blade length and cut size. Previously tried a cordless which, whilst it was lighter, was simply not up to the job. This is almost as good as my standard reach Black and Decker. Obviously a bit top heavy when fully extended but quite manageable when you factor in not having to perch on a ladder!

Well built hedge trimmer. Powerful and with 20mm cutting teeth can cope with most hedges. However it is heavier than anticipated which makes it hard work to use.

All good except I found it slightly under-powered and isn’t able to cut through branches more than a couple of centimetres thick.

First "pole" hedge cutter I've owned so nothing to compare it with. 1st, it is big, a bit of a brute. Only used it once so far, takes some getting used to. 2nd. The harness supplied, really good if you are cutting straight up, but totally useless if you want to cut horizontally, then it's all brute strength and tiring(not used to it yet). The 3 stars in the review, because as stated above, nothing to compare it with. Otherwise okay!.
