Light to use. easy to adjust between strimming and edging and also for length as adaptable for people of varying heights. also being able to shorten easily is great help for storage. automatic line feeder is over-enthusiastic when it hits a solid object and wastes considerable spool line. ideal for smaller town gardens but not recommended for larger country type gardens. replacement spools should be more readily available particularly in bulk supply, i.E. Minimum of 10 plus with suitable discounts.

Ok, on light duties ( battery lasts about 30 mins). Rubbish on long grass (fully charged to empty battery in 15mins max). also, strimmer cord needs replacing within two charges.

Bought just a year ago. Jammed & will not work. Phoned B&D for nearest agent but can’t get through. Web site 2helpu.com says to put country in but UK is not on list !!! bought on ebay and seller Tooled up no help. What do I do now ?

I have used it once over a large border area. Battery performance was good but the strimmer cord ran out after a very short period and the same occurred with its replacement. It might be the case that I wasn’t using it correctly and I certainly didn’t spend much time reading the instructions like most men!
