first I went to B&Q, then I went to scewfix, finally to tool station. Despite having the Bosch sander with me I still had no luck in getting a replacement backing pad. I was astonished that the man behind the counter suggested I bin it and buy a disposable sander ( never even knew these existed). Luckily I didnt listen to him and went on line to see if I could find the part needed. Never shopped with this company but I will in future, part was described well and posted out quickly. Thank you
Good service and prompt delivery
When opened found that two of the fixing lugs were the wrongway around. I think this is delberate for some reason as a relative had same problem. Howver easily fixed by pulling them out and turning them to the correct position. Good product though and works perfectly.
Really pleased with the purchase good value and strong design saved me from throwing a good sander away
