Q : Is this compatible for Black and Decker Sandstorm sander KA260GT(K). 170W. 240v
A : Good afternoon, I'm afraid this backing pad is not listed as being compatible with the KA260GT.
Q : Will this fit black&decker model KA2500K?
A : The KA2500K uses a "Mouse" type backing pad, and as far as I know the X32412 can't be fitted to that machine
Q : Will this fit a KA226-GB sander?
A : Not as far as I'm aware. It isn't listed as being compatible and from what I can gather by looking at a spare parts list for the KA226GB it used a different type of pad which looks like it has since been discontinued
Q : Would the pad fit on the BEW200 sander? Thank you.
A : Hi Peter, although that's not a model mentioned in the compatibility list, I think that's just because it was released fairly recently and as far as I can tell this pad is the correct replacement part for the BEW200 yes. Although we don't have any in stock to check, it looks exactly the same and I can see other retailers have listed it as being suitable.
Q : Hi, I have a black & decker decomate, the sanding pad has broken off, I did a search and it came up with this, will it fit?
A : Hi Stuart, I was wondering why we get so many questions about this pad. I'm not sure why it keeps getting recommended as a suitable replacement part for so many different machines but I think it's safe to assume it will only work with the models listed in the description. In many cases replacement parts may still be available for older Black & Decker sanders but only through spares dealers, and Black & Decker have a Spares & Repairs section on their website where they'll be able to assist further. If yours is the MT3000K I answered a question a bit further down in the Q&A which includes the part number I think is a suitable replacement.

A : Hi Fiona, no I'm afraid this won't fit the mouse sanders and is only suitable for the models listed in the description. The part you're after should be available through a spares dealer but as it's not a standard retail product we don't stock it.
Q : Hi would this fit a Black and decker KA2000 sander Thanks
A : Hi Martin, I'm afraid Black & Decker don't list this as being compatible with the KA2000 and it is a different size and shape. It looks like the KA2000 requires a fairly unique pad which only appears to be available as a spare part rather than a standard retail line.
Q : Can/Will you ship to an address in Australia? Will this part fit my B&D KA270-XE Type 1 Orbital Sander?
A : Hi William, I'm afraid we can't ship goods to Australia for orders placed via our website. This part is not listed as being compatible with the KA270-XE so I presume it doesn't fit. From what I can see online it appears you might need a backing pad which Black & Decker made for the KA270 and KA272 series
Q : Hi. Would this be a suitable replacement for the Deckormate MT3000K
A : Hi Ian, I'm not familiar with the MT3000K but I had a look online and the sanding pad appears to have been a custom made part which used a different fitting to the X32412 and I assume it wouldn't work. It looks like the part you need is MT3000K-1-30-588788-00 although I don't think Black & Decker are still manufacturing them so may be hard to track one down.
Q : Will this fit the ka280?
A : Hi Dylan, I'm afraid this is not listed as being compatible with the KA280
