Bosch 3 Piece HSS-TiN Step Drill Bit Set

The Bosch 3 Piece HSS-TiN Step Drill Bit Set is a cone and stepped drill bit set designed for smooth, burr-free drilling in thin materials. Each bit drills several hole diameters, so one bit can replace a number of standard twist drills. They are suited to drilling round holes, enlarging existing ones and deburring.

The split-point tip allows an easy start without pre-punching. The CNC ground spiral flute gives optimised chip removal and less vibration for even drilling, while axial and radial relief grinding delivers a smooth cut. Laser-marked figures in both spiral flutes make the hole diameter easy to see and durable in use.

Made from HSS (high-speed steel) with a TiN (titanium nitride) coating, these bits offer an exceptionally long lifetime when used with coolant. They suit thin materials including sheet steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, sheet plastic and plastic. The 3-flat shank prevents slipping in the chuck and provides high-torque transmission.
