Great bit of kit its very versatile,battery life is very good and its very easy to use all in all i would recommend it to anyone with shrubs and topiary to shape or trim.

Have an earlier bosch cutter that performs well and bought this one as a first choice for trimming shrubs and small stretches of hedge. It is light and seems to cope with the trimming as we had hoped. Would buy again. Agree with another reviewer that it would have been better if the battery pack were removable to facilitate longer operating times.

This piece is as good as i was hoping. I have a 2 acre garden - half 'nature reserve,' half wild garden, but keeping this 'natural' look is more work than just cutting all the grass short with a tractor mower! This piece is light and easily manoeuvrable. Not too big or heavy to work one handedly around plants, young trees, tree supports etc - things you don't want to cut. At the same time it cuts down strong tall weeds, grasses that haven't been trimmed yet this growing season, brambles and nettles and trims the edge of my small 'lawn', shapes bushes and box hedging etc. Its charge lasts for about as long as i do before needing to stop for clearing up (I'm female and 63) and charges again quickly. If I had a quibble it would be that the battery is integral therefore you can't buy a spare one to have on charge to be able to use the tool more often!

I wanted to do a bit of gardening to help recover after 3 yrs of treatment for cancer, this product is great as i don't have a lot of strength of flexibility but it allows me to trim the grass with the telescopic arm attachment. Its light weight and really easy to use, it's really light for cutting the box hedging and shrubs and it's even good with the longer blade on my large hedge. The battery lasts well but as i'm so slow i have to cut the hedge in sections but i just charge the battery when i'm sweeping up the mess. Great product all round but especially easy to use if you need something light and adaptable.

Bought this to trim box balls. small blade works well enough. large blade can cope with tidying up larger native hedge. real surprise was the grass cutting blades, which work very well for trimming edges. as a result of which i also bought the trolley device to avoid kneeling down all the time. but this was a mistake . stick to the hand trimmer.
