Service from tooled up was excellent. Prompt checkout, e-receipt and delivery all as promised. No issues at all. Free oil a bonus. Bosch asb10.8v shrub shear (blades x3) product initially looked really good. It actually does what is says, providing you don't overload it whilst cutting, ie. Just use it for trimming shrubs and hedges. As a Bosch product ( I have many of theirs) I would have expected much better instructions on how to load, and more importantly, unload the blades safely. in fact the design is very poor for the blade loading and if rushing, pushing or pulling to load/unload blade I can see how the removable base can easily be broken, rendering unit unserviceable. Come on Bosch, step up and redesign this!! Very poor. Also the safety trigger on top is very stiff and awkward to use, I actually operate it with my other hand because its so stiff and recessed. Again just a bit of thought by Bosch to redesign it. all in all a good bit of kit, that's come in handy and saved getting out my full size petrol hedge trimmer. I need to wait and see how the base loading goes, but reckon now I know and with care, it should last. If in anyway ham-fisted and or you have no patience avoid as it will be broken.

Great tool for small but not too thick bushes. Very light , slightly tricky to change blades till you get the knack. Made neat light work of our small bushes. Great service, arrived promptly.
