Bosch EXPERT 115mm Blue Metal Sanding Disc
The Bosch EXPERT R444 Expert for Metal sanding disc is designed to deliver an impressive finish on metal surfaces. Its stable vulcanised fibre backing enables a steady, constant grinding process, while the semi-friable aluminium oxide abrasive grit is particularly well suited to work on metal.
Intended for deburring, welding preparation and blending on carbon steel, mild steel, aluminium, non-ferrous metals and cast iron, it is also ideal for removing discolouration, stock and surface imperfections. The disc is compatible with angle grinders and is for use with a suitable backing pad.
The grit is bonded using fully synthetic resin on the vulcanised fibre backing, giving high work stability and optimal sanding results. Available in a choice of grits from 24 to 60, so you can match the disc to each stage of your metalwork.
