The Bosch EXPERT S1022EHM is a carbide-tipped reciprocating saw blade engineered specifically for cutting thin stainless steel sheet and thin-wall pipe — materials that defeat conventional blades.

Stainless steel presents a genuine challenge on site. Its high-alloy composition rapidly destroys standard bi-metal blades, making clean, repeatable cuts difficult to achieve. Bosch Carbide Technology addresses this directly by integrating carbide — one of the hardest materials available — into the tooth structure, delivering a blade that lasts up to 50x longer than the Bosch S922EF in comparable tough-metal applications.

The extra-fine 18 TPI tooth geometry is ground to a precision profile suited to thin sheet work. This close pitch reduces breakout, improves cut accuracy, and minimises burring on stainless profiles and tube. The blade accepts all standard S-shank reciprocating saws, making it immediately compatible with most professional recip saw models on site.

Suitable for metalworkers, plumbers, fabricators, and renovation contractors working with stainless steel sheet (2–4 mm) and stainless profiles up to 150 mm diameter. It is also rated for cutting glass fibre reinforced plastic and epoxy materials up to 150 mm. For best results, reduce stroke rate, disengage pendulum action, and apply coolant.
