The Bosch EXPERT Sheet Metal Cutting PC Plus Hole Saw is engineered specifically for cutting precise holes in sheet steel — including stainless steel — where conventional BiMetal hole saws simply cannot cope. Lasting up to 50x longer than standard Bosch hole saws in tough materials, it is the professional's choice for industrial applications and vehicle work alike.
Unlike traditional welded hole saws, the EXPERT Sheet Metal is machined from a single cylinder of turned metal, eliminating seams and weak points to deliver outstanding stability, robustness, and cutting accuracy. Its carbide teeth are individually ground, sharpened, and brazed onto the body using Bosch Carbide Technology, ensuring exceptional hardness and long-lasting performance even in the toughest grades of steel.
Compatible with the Bosch Power Change Plus keyless arbor for fast, accurate, and secure tool changes. Available in sizes from 20mm to 68mm to suit a wide range of sheet metal applications.
