Bosch EXPERT Standard Foam Sanding Block

Sometimes there's no substitute for hand sanding — but conventional sanding sheets have always had their limitations. They wore out quickly, clogged with dust, and broke apart when working around curves and edges. The Bosch EXPERT S471 Standard Sanding Block changes all of that, lasting up to 5x longer than Bosch C420 sandpaper.

At the heart of this sanding block is Bosch's innovative Surface Structure technology, which combines advanced bonding and surface coating techniques to fix the abrasive grains firmly to the backing. The result is a sanding block that holds its grit even when working around difficult edges and corners, while also minimising clogging — dust can simply be knocked or washed off the flexible surface.

The square foam sponge shape makes it perfectly suited to flat surfaces and 90-degree edges, moulding to the surface for uniform, even pressure and a consistently better finish. Available in Medium, Fine, and Super Fine grades to suit a range of sanding applications.
