The Bosch GAS 18V-1 Professional is a compact cordless handheld vacuum cleaner designed for dry vacuuming of coarse dust and rough dirt on site.
Weighing just 1.3kg without a battery, this lightweight vacuum is ideally suited to preliminary cleaning tasks across a range of trades. Its cordless design offers complete freedom of movement, making it a practical choice for electricians, plumbers, and joiners working in areas where trailing cables would be a hazard or inconvenience.
Compatible with all Bosch Professional 18V batteries and the AMPShare multi-brand battery alliance, the GAS 18V-1 integrates seamlessly into an existing cordless tool setup. The quick-release dust container holds 0.7 litres and empties easily, while the washable dust cap helps keep maintenance straightforward.
The vacuum is supplied with a floor nozzle, flexible extension tube, crevice nozzle, and two suction tubes — providing good versatility across different surfaces and working environments. It also fits neatly into the Bosch L-BOXX for organised storage and transport between jobs.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.
