Bosch GBS 750 Belt Sander

The Bosch GBS 750 is a professional 850 W belt sander designed for high-volume sanding of timber, MDF, and metal surfaces where speed and finish quality both matter.

Powered by an 850 W motor, the GBS 750 delivers an outstanding material removal rate that significantly reduces sanding time on large softwood and hardwood boards, MDF, and logs. It is equally capable of removing rust from metal surfaces, making it a versatile addition to any workshop or site setup.

Comfort during extended use is addressed through an ergonomic grasping design and a well-balanced 3.6 kg weight that suits both single- and two-handed operation. A vibration-filtering soft cushion, combined with a solid flat plate, improves stability and helps maintain a consistent finish whilst minimising operator fatigue.

Belt centring is maintained automatically during use, reducing the risk of accidental scratches and the reworking that follows. Variable belt speed (200–420 m/min) allows control across different materials and applications. Dust extraction is handled efficiently by the integrated system, with a zip-up dust bag making emptying quick and straightforward — an important consideration for compliance with COSHH dust management requirements on site.
