Bosch GLI 18V-5000 18v Cordless Portable Work Light
The Bosch GLI 18V-5000 is a cordless portable work light delivering up to 5000 lumens, designed to illuminate medium to large work areas on site without the need for a mains power source.
Powered by Bosch's 18V Professional battery system, this work light is also compatible with the AMPShare multi-brand battery alliance, making it a practical choice for contractors already working within either ecosystem. The single-button control keeps operation straightforward, and a built-in user interface displays both brightness level and remaining charge at a glance.
Positioning is highly flexible thanks to a strong integrated magnet, a 5/8" tripod thread, and a metal hook, allowing the light to be mounted, hung, or placed on a stand to suit the task at hand. The 135° tilt head ensures light can be directed precisely where it's needed, whether you're working in a roof space, plant room, or on a large ground-level job.
Rated IP54, the light is splash-proof and dust-tight, making it suitable for use in the demanding and variable conditions typical of UK construction and trade environments.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.
