Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.

This nail gun performs exceptionally well with all sizes of 16 gauge brads. I purchased it to box in a lot of pipework and used various sized brads to complete the job without penetrating any pipes. I already have many Bosch Pro tools so batteries were not required in the purchase. Battery life with a 5.5amp Procore was all day with only 2 bars down. The unit did everything it claimed in the manual and inspires confidence in it's use. It will not fire when the brad magazine is empty and depth control is easy to adjust. You need to purchase 20 degree angle 16 gauge brads also sold by Tooled-Up which were also of high quality. All in all a fine piece of equipment from Bosch Pro that is everything you expect at this price level, thoroughly recommended.
Great new product from Bosch. Feels well made and heavy. The weight helps with the no kick back when firing. I also like the fact that it will not fire when empty. Hopefully a 1st nailer from Bosch will follow soon.
